What we have learned…

After working with so many clients, we have come to realize that all of them were struggling with a few key areas that lead to “falling off the wagon” when it comes to health goals.  The truth is that our inability to stay committed stems from either unrealistic expectations, distraction from trying to do too much at once, or simply feeling impatient and throwing in the towel too soon when we don’t get results we want right NOW.

Sound familiar? It’s a vicious cycle. Whether it’s yo-yo dieting, an inconsistent exercise routine, having too much on our plates, it can lead to putting our health on the back burner. And the truth is, when health isn’t one of your top priorities, every other area of our life will eventually suffer.

Health Means Wealth provides resources for staying on top of our health.

This is exactly why Health Means Wealth was created. It’s a place to feel empowered. A place to get educated. A place to get crystal clear on what you actually want out of life and your health. Our hope is that you will use this website as a tool to put your best foot forward and rock your way into a thriving life of purpose and energy.

Whether you are just starting your health journey or just want to move your health to the next level, this community, blog, and other resources are just what you need. You ended up at this page for a reason. Use this “sign” to finally get started with your health goals TODAY.

Here is what Health Means Wealth has to offer you:

Build Consistency and Motivation

  • Discover how to gain sustainable momentum, one small decision at a time. Feel empowered, motivated, and in control of your own health.
  • Reach your health goals with the piece of mind that taking a rest day doesn’t turn into a rest week and your cheat meal doesn’t turn into a cheat week.
  • Avoid distractions, resulting in guilt trips, frustration and anxiety, that derail your focus and progress from the goals that are most important to you.
  • Stop sabotaging your health by reverting back to old habits.

Learn How to Eat for Your Health

  • Feel in control of what you eat without completely removing all “treats” from your nutrition.
  • Stop alternating between starving yourself and eating when you’re sad, happy or bored.
  • Make healthier choices while enjoying the food that you love and keeping your body adequately fueled.

Find a Better Work-Life Balance

  • Stop feeling like a zombie waiting for the day you can get enough sleep, eat healthy, and exercise by establishing boundaries for yourself and following them.
  • Stop using work stress as an excuse not to focus on other areas of your life.
  • Feel good about your time without constantly struggling with shopping and planning.

Improve your self-worth and get the support you need.

  • Get rid of your struggle with gym anxiety and stop talking yourself out of anything healthy.
  • Become a leader rather than a follower when it comes to working out and eating healthier, in spite of loved ones having no interest in helping you.
  • Make exercising and eating healthy effortless and fun by finding the right people to take care of yourself with.
